Iris Drive Support

Private file sync for devices you control.

Get Started

1. Create or restore your profile when Iris Drive opens.
2. Approve another device from the Devices tab using its request link or QR code.
3. Use Open in Files from My Drive to browse Iris Drive in Apple's Files app.

Sync Troubleshooting

• Keep Iris Drive open briefly after linking a new device.
• Confirm each device appears Online in the Devices tab.
• Allow Local Network access when syncing directly with nearby devices.
• Check the relay status in Settings if devices cannot discover one another.
